It's easy to shop with us. Simply click on the thumbnail of the item you want, then enter the quantity that you would like to buy. When you are done shopping, click on view shopping cart and enter your shipping and billing information and that is it. You are now done. Simple and hassle free. No sign ins or registering with us.
What types of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Pink Cherie gift certificates. No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.
International customers are required to enter the CVV code that is located on the back of the credit card for verification, as well as a contact phone number in order to ensure proper delivery. If we do not receive this information, it is likely that your shipment will be placed on hold.
Will I get an order confirmation? TOP
As soon as the checkout process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. You will be given an order number with which you can use to monitor the status of your order.
When will my order be shipped? TOP
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the completed order and payment. An automated email notification will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Do you do international shipping? TOP
We ship anywhere in the world for a flat fee of $40 for standard shipping. Standard shipping is only available for international shipping. All sales are final for international shipping.
Shipments that are outside of the United States may be subject to any import charges, duties, broker fees or taxes for which the customer is fully responsible for. Please contact your local customs office for any questions regarding these specific fees.
What service do you use to ship out products? TOP
We use the United States Post Office to mail out any and all products.
Do you ship to APO/Military Locations? TOP
Yes we do. Military Rates are the same as our U.S. rates (if inside the U.S.).
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses? TOP
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses for security reasons.
Am I charged a sales tax for my purchases? TOP
Sales tax is only applied to customers in the state of Georgia.
Do you have a catalog? TOP
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer print catalogs.

We are designed to fit a screen size of 800 x 600 pixels. To get the best results, please view our site at this screen size with your monitor set to display as many colors as possible, as all images are optimized for 256 colors.
Can you do any order modifications after an order has been placed? TOP
Unfortunately at this time we are unable make any order modifications once an order has been placed. The only change that can be made is the cancelation of an order by simply contacting Pink Cherie via phone or email at customerservice@pinkcherie.com, immediately to cancel your order.
I forgot to add my promotional code and I have already submitted my order. TOP
Once an order is placed, a promotional code can not then be applied. Please contact customer service immediately to cancel the order and then replace it using the promotional code. If the order has been shipped out and processed then we cannot apply the discount.
Will you restock products that are displayed as out of stock? TOP
Unfortunately an item can disappear from our stock very quickly due to the demand. We often do not restock the same item as we try to keep the latest in fashion and jewelry.
What is your policy on backorders? TOP
We cannot guarantee the availability of all products. With our ordering system, we will not permit the order of an item that is out of stock.
How do I sign up for Pink Cherie's newsletters? TOP
To sign up for our newsletters, you can go to our VIP section and simply enter your email address in our sign up box or click here and under Pink Cherie VIP enter your email address. You can also email us at customerservice@pinkcherie.com requesting to receive our newsletters.
I am not receiving any emails or newsletters from Pink Cherie...how can I get this fixed? TOP
Your missing out on exciting sales, discounts, and news on the latest fashion styles if your not receiving our newsletters and we know that can be a pain. To ensure delivery of all our newsletters and emails, please make sure that your email software is not identifing emails from us as junk mail and in return are transferring our emails to your spam folder. To stop this from happening, add our email address of customerservice@pinkcherie.comto your list of contacts in your address book and you should start to receive emails from us just fine.
I saw a product on a celebrity....how can I find it on your site? TOP
Simply type in the celebrity's name into the search box and a list a products that we carry will appear that will come up under that celebrity name. Many of our pieces are similar to the latest things that celebrities may be wearing.
Do you refund delivery charges? TOP
Sorry, but delivery charges you pay for are non-refundable. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, then this is at your own cost and we cannot refund your delivery charges. However if we sent you the wrong item or something faulty, just contact us by customerservice@pinkcherie.com and you will not be responsible for your delivery charges.
Are gift certificates refundable? TOP
Sorry, gift certificates are non-refundable.
I would like to do a return on my gift certificate...how do I go about doing that? TOP
If you order was purchased with a gift certificate, then a credit will be issued to that gift certificate.
How do I place a return/exchange? TOP
In the event you are unhappy for any reason with your product, Pink Cherie will do its best to satisfy you in the best way possible. We offer a 14 day return policy for all purchases made only within the United States. All Sale Items are final. International sales are final.
A return will be refunded to the original form of payment used when making the purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statemant.
To place a return simply fill out the return form accompanied with your order and mail it to us at P.O. Box 4617 Alpharetta, GA 30023. Also email customerservice@pinkcherie.com to let us know that you are requesting a return and a return number will be assigned to you. Please do not return an item without contacting us via email as we do not process returns without forward notice or return numbers. We encourage any customer requesting a return to get that package insured by the post office as we are not responsible for any lost items.
Since our items are very limited, we recommend that you do not exchange items as it is likely that the item(s) that you may want will no longer be available. In order to get the item you may like as quickly as possible, we suggest you simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
We will make every effort to honor exchange requests provided the product requested is still available. To make an exchange, simply fill out the form listing the item you want to exchange with the item that you would like with your order. You will receive an email confirming that we are processing your return as well as you will recieve a second email detailing the availablity and/or shipping status of your exchange. There are no additional shipping charges for exchanges as each exchange is sent via standard shipping.
Please take into consideration that in the event that your exchange requires additional funds, the credit card initially used to purchase your order will be charged the difference. We are not able to accept personal check payments with your return.

How does a Preordering work? TOP
By placing a preorder, we do not charge your card until we ship your order out. A preorder is shipped out on the expected date that is stated or sooner. We will notify you when you have been charged and your order has been shipped. If other items have been placed that are combined with the preorder, we will ship out the prepared order seperately and ship out the preorder when it has arrived without paying extra shipping charges.
